The Nautilus Restaurant Group, owned & operated by a trio of culinary entrepreneurs - Executive Chef Liam Mackey, Boozy Chef Clinton Terry, & General Manager/Sommelier Stephen Bowler - began with the Nautilus Nantucket in 2014 and recently expanded with the Gaslight Nantucket in 2019. Coming in 2020, Nautilus Boston will open at Pier 4 in the Seaport. The essence of The Nautilus is rooted in the idea of shared social experience heightened by experimentation. Our goal is to provide all of the necessary ingredients required to cultivate this feeling in our guests and staff alike.
