Navigator Schools, a Charter Management Organization, opens and operates college prep K-8 schools in the Northern Central Coast region of California.  Navigator schools are free public charter schools designed to eliminate the achievement gap in English learners and students from underserved communities.  Our deliberate approach to education includes extensive coaching and professional development for our educators, focused use of data driven instruction, equity for all students, the use of tested blended learning technology, and most important, an overall culture of perseverance.  These Navigator compass points have enabled the two current schools to outperform the state average in both math and English, while also preparing for school expansion.
