Navillus Contracting is a mid-sized New York City–based construction and design-build firm founded in 1987, delivering projects from initial concept through to completion. Its capabilities span commercial concrete, masonry, tile, stone, carpentry, and general contracting, reflecting a broad set of in-house construction services. The company works with a range of clients, including leading architects, developers, owners, government agencies, and institutions, to translate ambitious visions into tangible structures in the city. Navillus positions itself as a design-build partner that combines design, engineering, and construction to deliver complex, high-profile projects, including notable works such as the National September 11 Memorial, One Vanderbilt, and New York City's subway infrastructure. In 2022, Navillus Tile Inc. teamed with Big Apple Group to monitor construction activities with the aim of protecting adjacent structures, tenants, and nearby students from excessive vibrations and movement.
