Our new world is displacing large numbers of workers but it is also creating large numbers of very rewarding new STEM jobs. We are aware that candidates can only get those jobs with Practical Experience and we envision a new world in which Practical Experience is incorporated into all career training.

Our mission at NCLab is to locate individuals with the right attributes to be successful in the STEM jobs created by our new world and provide them with the Knowledge, Practical Experience, Competency, and Confidence to fill those jobs.

We team up with colleges and employers to make our career training programs available, thereby helping to address employers’ recruiting needs while enhancing the colleges’ role in their communities.
