The Nebraska Writers Collective (NWC) is an Omaha-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that fosters personal empowerment and community-building through creative writing and performance poetry. 

We are proud to be co-led and women-led. The NWC provides paid work opportunities for a diverse array of Teaching Artists across the state of Nebraska, with the goal of retaining artists in the Midwest.
