The Nebraska Writers Collective is an Omaha-based non-profit organization that advances personal empowerment and community building through creative writing and performance poetry. It employs and supports a network of teaching artists across Nebraska, providing paid opportunities to sustain artist engagement in the Midwest while delivering diverse programming rooted in youth literacies and collaborative performance.
