Neighborhood Involvement Program, Inc. (N.I.P) terminated all direct client services on December 31, 2014. •The N.I.P. Seniors Program became a program of Senior Community Services on January 1, 2015. •The Rape and Sexual Abuse Center (RSAC) became a program of Cornerstone Advocacy Service on January 1, 2015. Walk-In Counseling Center is accepting uninsured and under-insured N.I.P. mental health clients. Contact 612-870-0565 for more information. Founded in 1968, N.I.P. leaves a legacy of many accomplishments resulting from the support of neighbors coming together to help neighbors. The N.I.P. administrative office will remain open after January 1, 2015 with core staff to complete the closure of the agency and to assist clients with the transfer of their health records and referrals to services elsewhere in the community.
