Neighborhood Rescue of America (NRA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to creating safer communities for all, from Beverly Hills to Harlem, ensuring unity and national security. It is also the CSR program of ESR (Executive Search Research).  Our mission is to ensure safety as a fundamental right for every American, focusing on children and animals. We advocate, “Love your Neighbor, Love Your Neighborhood, Love Your Country.” We create safer neighborhoods without relying on tax dollars with our best-practice blueprint through partnerships, strategic intelligence, tactical planning, and volunteer-based initiatives.

Our non-political approach is innovative, effective, and measurable, applying AI from A to Z. Our safety ecosystem includes: 
1) P.O.W.E.R: Leadership program and SAFER AMERICA NOW, the no-cost crime prevention program that Christian Schoyen and Dr.TeNeane Bradford co-authored and created. The programs align with the teachings of Christian faith and Viking principles, integrating values from the U.S. Constitution (www.power-usa.org)
2) Rising Stars Program (Urban Female Leadership Potential)
3) National Community Policing Alliance (NCPA)

For community transformations, we use a game-based platform called the Vegas Vikings Game, incorporating best-practice methods for reducing crime and the Norse Althing principles. This game has shown remarkable results, including a 75% reduction in crime within 21 field days in the most dangerous parts of Las Vegas with zero tax dollars, resulting in a $10 million positive impact, The  Vegas Vikings initiative, led by Christian Schoyen, the Chairman of NRA and a direct descendant of Viking King Gudröd Ragnvaldsson, has achieved over 90% crime reduction in other states over past 10 years.
