Neoprint evolved in August 2005 through the collaboration of two well-established commercial printers – Sullivan Brothers Printers and Northeast Offset.

Sullivan Brothers Printers 
Established in 1917 – servicing educational, healthcare, manufacturing, religious and other non-profit sectors; in addition to supplying racing programs to numerous facilities along the entire East Coast.

Northeast Offset 
Established in 1957 – providing a full range of graphic arts services from design to delivery for its customers throughout the New England area.
