Neurological Associates, Inc. was founded in 1969 by Dr. Laurie Rennie and Dr. Austin B. Harrelson. Since then, the practice has grown to include 13 neurologists and 2 nurse practitioners. We attribute our success to the dedication and commitment of our highly skilled physicians. A personalized focus on every patient combined with an unwavering commitment to quality. Our practice consist of an Infusion Center, Sleep Lab and Clinical Research Department. In addition to providing general neurologic care, we have specialists who treat seizures, neuromuscular diseases, sleep and movement disorders, neuropathy, and neuro-ophthalmology. In addition to Neurological procedures, we participate in Clinical Research Trials and have the area's oldest sleep center. We have offices conveniently located in Henrico and Chesterfield counties and service four hospitals in the Richmond area, including: Henrico Doctors - Forest Campus Henrico Doctors - Parham Campus Johnston-Willis Hospital Chippenham Hospital
