Nevada Restaurant Association ("NvRA") is a non-profit organization with the mission to promote, protect, and educate the state's restaurant industry.

Known for its "one-stop-shop" mentality, NvRA is an invaluable resource for our restaurateurs and vendors. NvRA hosts numerous events, including the Las Vegas Restaurant Trade Show, the Las Vegas Epicurean Affair, the Culinary Excellence Awards, PAC-fundraising events, and our Mix & Mingle networking mixers. We are very involved with legislative issues that impact our industry at the state and federal levels of government. Through our lobbying efforts and member education and mobilization, we can represent our industry on behalf of owners and operators. We also deal with matters like the food code with state and county officials. 

Education is a paramount focus for us.  We provide ServSafe training, a fundamental program designed to educate employees on food and alcohol safety.  This includes food safety management certifications and alcohol education cards required for employees in Nevada. Our ProStart program ensures a stronger and more educated workforce for the future. 
Through our volunteer leadership and dedicated members, we can accomplish significant goals that make this sector a strong force in government and our community.

Working alongside the National Restaurant Association (NRA), we provide a strong united front and a tremendous resource for restaurant operators and allied businesses at the state and national levels.
