Neversoft Entertainment is a mid-sized game development studio based in Woodland Hills, California, founded in 1994 by three former Malibu Interactive employees. In its early years it built collaborations with publishers and developers, producing titles for Crystal Dynamics and Sony Computer Entertainment before entering a sustained partnership with Activision on Apocalypse. Activision acquired Neversoft in 1999, integrating the studio into its publishing operations.

The studio operates from a large facility in the Warner Center area of Woodland Hills, reflecting its role as a dedicated development hub. In 2014 Neversoft merged with Infinity Ward, becoming part of Activision Blizzard. One of its notable titles is Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, developed in collaboration with Activision.
