New Direction Utilities Inc. was founded in Hagerstown, MD in 2000. The tradition and experience of service to our customers is  the foundation of our progress today and guide our plans for the future. We are proud of the heritage that is ours at New Direction Utilities Inc. We are currently operating in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area installing & repairing electrical and communication systems/networks. We specialize in installing commercial and industrial electrical and communication systems.

Our goal every time is to provide our customers with great quality work in a safe timely manner, meeting or exceeding their expectations. We pride ourselves as a turn key operation and in doing the job right the first time. With having over 20 years in the construction field, we have worked in almost every aspect of the trade there is. We also have a excellent safety record. We have a certified Safety Manager on site with TapRoot certification. Which in turn betters our business as a whole.
