The New Hampshire Association of REALTORS is a professional trade organization serving real estate practitioners in New Hampshire, based in Concord. It is part of the National Association of REALTORS, connecting roughly 1,600 local boards and associations that together represent more than 1 million members. NHAR represents more than 6,000 members active in residential and commercial real estate, and it works with NAR and local boards to provide resources that help members serve consumers efficiently and ethically while advocating for private property rights. In 2022, NHAR expanded its partnerships by aligning with the National Association of REALTORS Research Group and with Medinarealtors. In August 2023, NHAR released two videos addressing workforce housing as part of an effort to illuminate the topic amid the inventory crisis.
