NOCHI is a New Orleans-based institution serving the food and beverage sector with accelerated certificate programs in culinary arts and baking & pastry arts. The programs run about 100 days, delivering a 20-week, 26-subject curriculum designed to prepare students for industry work. The curriculum was developed in collaboration with CIA Consulting of the Culinary Institute of America, linking the school to established culinary education standards.
