New Politics Academy (NPA) provides nonpartisan training and development for service-driven leaders preparing to step into civic and political leadership. We work with veterans, AmeriCorps alumni, returned Peace Corps volunteers, and community leaders who have already demonstrated a deep commitment to service — and who are ready to bring that experience into public life. Our programs help leaders grow their skills, clarify their values, and understand pathways to civic and political impact. With more than 2,500 alumni nationwide, we offer community, coaching, and a nonpartisan space for leaders to explore their next step in service — all free of charge.
