New Providence Capital (NPC) is a full service private money lender providing short term financing for real estate owners that need immediate funding.
NPC lends directly to borrowers. However, the majority of our business is conducted through mortgage brokers. We are broker friendly and work to maintain those relationships!
NPC lends on most types of real estate, including commercial, multi family, warehouse, mini-warehouse, residential, condo, townhouse and land. We primarily lend in Texas but will look at loans over $1M in most major metros in the Southern US.
NPC is also actively pursuing the acquisition of non-performing loans and REO property secured by income producing collateral in Texas and Florida.
