New Trail Cycling Studio is a new way to connect with our Reston community. Come in, sweat, have fun and make meaningful connections. Put down your phone, hop on a bike and let’s ride together. Our promise to you is a killer workout that leaves you feeling better than when you came in. The energy in the studio when we ride together will motivate you to accomplish your goals and overcome challenges. Take a moment for yourself and leave feeling energized, balanced and connected. The New Trail Difference: Our community is of the utmost importance to us. You’re not just a number here but you are part of New Trail. We hope you feel at home in the studio. New Trail strives to create a community of riders that connect in and out of the studio. Our ride is efficient, based on principles of exercise science and so much fun! Riding to the beat will enhance your workout more than you could have imagined. There's no taking it easy when you are inspired by both the music and your coach. Our coaches have the science to back up our rides. Everyone at New Trail is CPR/AED certified and certified to lead cycling classes by a nationally recognized organization. Check out our coaches’ bios to find out more about their background and music preferences. Our bikes have consoles linked to your account. You’ll choose your bike for every ride. Your account will hold the data (RPM, HR, Mileage, Watts, etc) from all your rides. If you’re a numbers person then we are the studio for you. You can track your progress over time and will receive an email update after each class. If you’re not a numbers person – don’t worry, just ignore the emails!
