Next Design LLC was founded in 1999 and is recognized as a woman and minority owned firm. We are a full service architecture, interior architecture and planning firm. Next Design has a staff of 20 including the two owners who have over 60 years of continued experience. Our projects have received design awards from various organizations throughout the years including Grand awards from the Building Industry Association (BIA), The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) of Hawaii, LEED Certifications and the Historic Hawaii Foundation.

Next Design’s philosophy is to provide our client and the project’s users with the best value within the given time and cost constraints. We feel strongly that our clients will benefit by the Principal’s involvement to assure the project moves along in an expedient manner and realizing the project’s goals. To assure our Principal’s direct involvement on a project without burdening the client with high costs, we have taken every step to keep overhead costs to a minimum.

What makes Next Design unique is our strong belief that each project tells a unique story. We create designs to develop a unique story and bring it to fruition with the use of the latest design trends and materials assisted by technology in each aspect of the project’s phases. We firmly believe in our project delivery philosophy to achieve mutually agreed upon project goals. This philosophy entails an interactive relationship between Next Design, the client and the users to develop the project goals.
