Next One Up is a Baltimore-based nonprofit that provides individualized, wrap-around support designed to empower underserved young men to become future leaders in the city. Since its founding in 2009, the organization has evolved from offering camperships to running a year-round, multi-year program that serves more than 100 scholar athletes from numerous Baltimore neighborhoods and over 45 different middle and high schools.
