This Division also handles automobile replevin and bankruptcy services, and other secured lending issues that arise in Kentucky. The firm's Real Estate Services Division, routinely conducts residential and commercial title searches throughout all of Kentucky's 120 counties. In addition, the firm provides residential and commercial closing services, including REO services, throughout the entire Commonwealth of Kentucky. The firm is an approved title insurance agent for First American Title, Chicago Title, and Old Republic Title, and the firm provides title and closing services in Indiana and Ohio. We provide in-house title examination and closing services through our firm's large staff of title examiners and closing specialists.
