NINA M. PARKER is the founder of the firm of Parker & Associates. Ms. Parker has been a member of the bar since 1981 practicing in the areas of personal and corporate bankruptcy as well as many aspects of business and corporate law.  In 2002, Ms. Parker was certified by the American Board of Certification in Consumer Bankruptcy. Ms. Parker has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer and a New England Super Lawyer  since 2007.
She has  been named as one of the New England Top fifty women lawyers by New England Super Lawyers 2012 as well as one of the Top 100 Massachusetts lawyers by Massachusetts Super Lawyer 2012 and Top fifty women lawyers by Massachusetts Super Lawyer 2012. Ms. Parker has also been selected as a Best Lawyer by Best Lawyers In America  and has been included as a  Best Law Firm by U.S. News and World Report  for 2011- 2013.  Ms. Parker currently serves as the co-chair of the American Bankruptcy Institute Consumer Committee and has served as  the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association, Bankruptcy Section. Ms. Parker served as the co-chair of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Northeast Consumer Forum Conference from 2005 until 2010.   Ms. Parker also has served as the Membership Relations Director for the American Bankruptcy Institute Consumer Committee and is presently 
a member of the Attorney Advisory Board, the  Diversity Initiative Committee and the Pro Bono Committee for the Bankruptcy Court for the District of  Massachusetts.
