The Nissenbaum Law Group is a boutique commercial law firm that has been awarded the highest professional rating (AV) by the Martindale Hubbell® Rating Service. The firm’s attorneys represent clients in a variety of areas, with a special concentration in business transactions and litigation. The business transactional practice includes such matters as commercial disputes, corporate and LLC formation, contract negotiation, shareholder issues, legal and regulatory compliance, trademark and copyright filings and sale of businesses. The litigation practice includes such matters as claims in the State and Federal Courts for fraud, contract breach, statutory violations and intellectual property infringement. The firm also handles administrative regulatory proceedings, including matters before the NJ Office of Attorney Ethics involving investigations and hearings related to professional responsibility. The Nissenbaum Law Group also has significant experience in matters involving trademark, copyright, Internet, entertainment, sports and leisure law. 

The firm was formed in 1997 and has offices in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. Indeed, its practice has extended beyond those states by utilizing the American Bar Association's multi-jurisdictional practice rules. It has been able to create a spare, collaboratively-focused legal team of approximately eight (8) attorneys and four (4) paralegals. The firm’s polestar is responsiveness.
