Nitrogen Services, LLC is a full service Nitrogen pumping and pipeline integrity service based out of Midland Texas with fully operational facilities in the Lake Charles, LA and Houston, TX areas. We provide services anywhere in the United States.

Nitrogen services offers onsite nitrogen generation, and pipeline pigging services.  In 1984, our first portable nitrogen systems were developed under the name Oilfield Pipeline and Utility Services, Inc. (OPUS).  The focus was  primarily, but not exclusively, on pipeline technology, and was driven by the need to achieve greater cost and energy efficiencies over traditional supply by liquid transports.  

In November of 1994, the world’s first portable N2 generator was received and put in service in the oil field.  The new technology fully met and exceeded all expectations.  Cost reductions on the order of 20% to 50% were demonstrated versus liquid supply.  

In 2013, Nitrogen Services,  LLC was formed to combine nitrogen, pipeline cleaning, hydrotesting, repair, and right of way services.

We have since expanded to include Nitrogen pumping and delivery services in every aspect of the oil & gas market from delivering bulk nitrogen to specialty pipeline and refinery needs.
