NBD plans on expanding quickly with additional clubs in Northern New Jersey. No Body Denied is the brain child of Ken Carrier, President of NBD Fitness. Ken has been in the fitness industry for 20 plus years. During that time he has helped others build and operate some 15 different health clubs. After all of these years Ken has been able to open his dream club in Springfield NJ. The name No Body Denied was chosen carefully and really says it all. NBD is designed to accommodate people at all levels of fitness and what is unique to NBD is the wide range of progressive programming choices offered such as the NBD Training Zone, and the NBD Strike Zone.
