The NoMa Business Improvement District is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit established by the District of Columbia City Council and approved by the Mayor in March 2007 to oversee the NoMa neighborhood. It covers 35 blocks just north of Union Station in Washington, DC, and is focused on creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while promoting redevelopment and growth. The organization delivers cleaning and safety services and coordinates marketing, unified branding, and free community events. It also aligns public and private investments and services and advances community projects with NoMa neighbors.

The district serves residents, workers, and visitors who rely on its amenities and the area's transit-oriented development, which benefits from strong transit access including two Red Line Metro stations and Union Station connections to VRE, MARC, and Amtrak. In 2025, NoMa BID announced a collaboration with B&D Australia Pty Ltd to develop a comprehensive Asset Management Plan intended to guide maintenance and capital investments for the next decade and beyond.
