Nonna Silvia’s in Park Ridge is an ideal place to dine for an authentic taste of Italy. In Italy, grandmothers are known to be the best chefs in the family so we named the restaurant after our grandmother (Nonna) Silvia Giannini. Nonna’s recipe to good food is using the best in seasonal ingredients, preparing them with care, and presenting dishes in a simple straight forward style.

We offer both traditional and contemporary techniques; you’ll find our seasonal specials a pleasure to experience. This method has been replicated in the restaurant by her two grandsons, Steven Marti and John Giannini, with great success.
