North Bay Regional Center is a nonprofit, community-based organization that operates as one of California’s 21 Regional Centers serving people with developmental disabilities. Based in Napa with offices in Santa Rosa and Vacaville, it serves Sonoma, Napa, and Solano Counties. The center began as a grassroots effort to help individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families identify and develop community services that support more independent living, and it was incorporated in 1972 to serve the three counties.

Recent activities include hosting community events such as the 2nd Annual Winter Resources Fair in January 2026. It has pursued partnerships to broaden its offerings, including collaborations announced in 2021 with the Center for START Services and in 2024 with the Independent Facilitator Training Academy.
