North Star Fund is a New York City–based nonprofit in the philanthropic fundraising space that channels resources to support organizing for racial, gender, and economic justice in New York City and the Hudson Valley. It funds work led and enacted by people directly affected by the issues, supporting campaigns and groups as they advocate for rights in public spaces. As of the end of 2021, the fund had distributed over $93 million in grants to nearly 2,600 organizations.

The organization operates as a small- to mid-sized philanthropic entity with initiatives spanning New York City and the Hudson Valley, including a Hudson Valley program started in 2017. In 2026 it launched a Substack publication to share updates and reflections on its work.
