North Star Processing was started in 2000 out of the demand by customers for a dedicated Toll manufacturer of the highest quality. The NSP facility was built by industry professionals to meet the needs of demanding customers who required the highest quality (FDA cGMP), process validation, and SOPs for every product.

We deliver results through robust process reliability, and efficiency working on a Right-First-Time principle using new equipment specifically designed to maximize performance but enabling optimal flexibility.

The NSP processing facility has been designed from the very start with zone separation between dry and wet areas. Process flow follows seamlessly through the factory with dedicated physically separated process lines.

- 2001 Commissioned 1st multistage tall form dryer, with multi nozzle spray heads integrated vibratory fluid bed, heating and cooling sections, primary and secondary cyclones with fines recycle and agglomeration capabilities.

- 2010 NSP opens a new 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse and expands for the addition of its 2nd drying line.

- 2019/20 Further expansion with the addition of a 3rd line modeled after the the first dryer but with enhanced automation, data capture, trend analyses and fully automated robotic palletizers.
