Together we are one of the largest suppliers of buns, rolls and bread products in the United States, and a Supplier of Choice for numerous restaurants in the country. Based in Baltimore, MD., we are part of a network of 10 bakeries and over 30 distribution centers along the East Coast, all committed to one thing: producing the best quality bread products possible. Our affiliate companies include H&S Bakery and Schmidt Baking. Together, our baked goods can be found in a wide range of establishments, from fast food and quick-service restaurants to cafeterias, hospitals, grocery stores and universities.
