NorthGate operates through four integrated divisions, led by JackPack, our north star facility. JackPack is our premier corrugated die-cutting operation, providing precision die cutting, stitching, and gluing services. With advanced equipment such as Big Jack, capable of handling sheets up to 86 inches, Little Jack for sheets up to 66 inches, and a Gazella TW7200 Stitcher Gluer with robust triple-wall capabilities, JackPack delivers efficiency, scale, and consistency for demanding packaging applications.

Our Packaging Solutions division focuses on custom, ready-to-go packaging designs centered around each customer’s product and needs. Built on decades of experience, our engineered solutions include the Gumwrapper™ Packaging System, originally developed for automotive sheet metal replacement parts and a clear example of our design and engineering expertise.

Beyond packaging, our Supply Chain Services division supports customers with integrated solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and long-term scalability.
