Investment sizes range from $5 million to $100 million Real Estate - Northlight has a proven track record of success in commercial real estate investment and asset management. We seek mispriced opportunities deployed either through debt or equity purchases. Our seasoned team professionals focus on acquiring income producing and non-income producing, office, industrial, retail and lodging properties as well as land development opportunities.
