Jeff and Kristin Buursma started Northlight Nannies with a desire to support families living in the active and and often challenging stage when childcare is vital. Their goal is to make having a nanny simpler for families so that parents have more time to focus on other things knowing that their childcare is in good hands. Northlight families have the peace of mind of knowing that backup care is always available if needed. They know that their nanny is receiving on-going training and coaching so that they will continue to receive great childcare. Northlight families do not have to worry about any of the legal or tax issues that come with hiring a nanny since that is all handled by Northlight Nannies.
