Northpoint Commercial Credit, LLC (“NCC”) is a nationwide provider of equipment financing and leasing
services. NCC was formed in November 2005 to provide equipment financing solutions to businesses
through direct vendor/dealer and manufacturer programs. Our flexibility and entrepreneurial culture,
in concert with a strong customer-service focus, make us an ideal partner for equipment vendors
seeking to grow sales, develop a market, and/or simplify the selling process. In addition to equipment
leases, we are able to provide term loans, equipment finance agreements and rental agreements. In
addition to our own capital and borrowing arrangements, we have several key lending partners that
help us manage our portfolio concentrations and credit risk on a non-recourse basis. We have offices in
West Des Moines, Iowa (Underwriting & Documentation) and Minneapolis, MN (Sales and Portfolio
Servicing).
