Northside Catholic Academy is the winner of the prestigious 2013 National Blue Ribbon School Award given by the U.S. Dept. of Education. NCA boasts a commitment to providing a challenging curriculum within a nurturing environment for preschooler through 8th grade. We offer a diversified curriculum that includes art, music, computer technology, physical education, and Spanish language. Our test scores consistently rank above the national average. Our students place into top Chicago high schools each year. But, what really makes us special are the intangibles, like our community. Enrollment at NCA does not require a student to be Roman Catholic; in fact 17% of our students are non-Catholic. NCA encourages and offers guidance in the spiritual development of every student. Our students learn about the Catholic Church, the Scriptures, and other religious traditions through study and celebration.
