Northwest Culinary Institute is a Division of International Air and Hospitality Academy International Air and Hospitality Academy's main campus and corporate headquarters are located in Vancouver, Washington, just 12 minutes from Portland International Airport. The culinary school is within a 15,000 square-foot facility, which accommodates up to 20 new students per quarter.

The Northwest Culinary Institute campus is located within the beautiful, 366-acre Vancouver National Historic Reserve.

At this top Culinary Arts school, Culinary Arts courses are taught in a fully equipped culinary kitchen in the Mess Hall Building with class rooms, library and computer center located in Hamilton Hall building. Between the Restaurant, Mess Hall and Hamilton Hall, the facility contains all the necessary audio/visual equipment, classroom space and professional culinary equipment needed to carry out our mission. 

International Air and Hospitality Academy maintains working businesses at the Vancouver National Historic Reserve where students gain hands-on experience. Students in the Culinary Arts program at our Northwest School for Culinary Arts will prepare meals in the academy's restaurant and will cater for private parties held at the event hall.
