Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) is a non-profit organization based in Nottingham, England, established in 1973. It houses more than 20,000 people across the East Midlands and manages about 10,000 homes in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland. The organization provides care and support services across its region for mental health, learning disabilities, domestic violence, Asian elders, vulnerable young people, homelessness, teenage parents and older people, including housing or support in their own homes. The association employs between 201 and 500 staff. In 2026 it engaged in a partnership with Keepmoat Homes Limited to create almost 70 affordable new homes in Nottingham, launched the YouNG Network, and received the RoSPA Gold Award for Health and Safety.
