As a result, the firm’s professionals have extensive capabilities, having assisted with over 130 discrete assignments dating to 1989. These mandates have ranged from large established sponsor groups to emerging first-time fund managers, across geographies and fund type, including leveraged buyout, growth and venture capital, distressed debt, mezzanine, fund of funds and other special situations.
