With the acquistion, Surgery Partners provides the healthcare industry with solutions that improve patient quality of care, optimize operational efficiency, and grow the business of our customers. Our core business is managing, developing and acquiring ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). We focus on growing the ASCs that we currently manage, while searching for new partners through acquisition and development.
