In partnership with parents and community, the mission of the NCSD is to ensure that all students develop the knowledge, skills and character necessary to achieve their highest potential and to be productive members of an ever changing global society. We will ensure that each student will make no less than one year's growth in one year's time. We will ensure that all students achieve at a high level. We will evaluate and enhance opportunities for students while maintaining a minimum 10 percent fund balance. We will improve organizational quality and customer service by creating common standards, systems, and principles.
