In partnership with parents and community, the mission of the NCSD is to ensure that all students develop the knowledge, skills and character necessary to achieve their highest potential and to be productive members of an ever changing global society. We will ensure that each student will make no less than one year's growth in one year's time. We will ensure that all students achieve at a high level.
