The highly anticipated, first US outpost of Novikov Restaurant and Bar will soon open in Florida. Situated on a lively corner of Downtown Miami, Novikov will feature Chinese and Japanese cuisines in a glamorous and high-energy setting along with spectacular views of Biscayne Bay. 

Novikov Miami’s stunning décor, interactive dining experience and distinctive open kitchen will make it a must-see destination. The Asian menu is designed to impress with lavish touches, encompassing robata grill and wok dishes, along with an extensive dim sum and sushi selection. Novikov will also feature a colorful seafood and vegetable market display, whereby guests are encouraged to handpick the best and freshest items from a globally-sourced, daily selection of seasonal ingredients. A grand entry bar will feature creative cocktails and an extensive selection of sakes and wines, complimented by a curated art collection. 

Novikov Restaurant and Bar is the first Miami project for internationally renowned hospitality designer Adam D. Tihany. Design features will include wave-like ribs of the ceiling, seemingly undulating with the excitement of the kitchen. Textured wood walls will envelop the space, while structural columns reimagined as graceful tree trunks disappear into the curving ceiling fins. A sushi bar and private chef’s table comprise the more intimate dining spaces. Guests will enjoy the beautiful Miami weather while dining al fresco on the outside terrace, overlooking the water.
