Novikov Miami is a restaurant and bar in Downtown Miami offering Chinese and Japanese cuisines in a glamorous, high-energy setting with views of Biscayne Bay. It marks the first U.S. outpost of the Novikov brand, featuring an interactive dining experience centered on an open kitchen. The menu highlights robata grill and wok dishes along with a wide selection of dim sum and sushi, and includes a distinctive seafood and vegetable market display where guests can handpick items from a globally sourced daily selection. The venue includes a grand entry bar serving cocktails, sakes, and wines, with intimate spaces such as a sushi bar and private chef’s table, plus an outdoor terrace overlooking the water and an on-site art collection. The project, designed by renowned hospitality designer Adam D. Tihany, opened in spring 2018, and in 2023 it launched a bottomless brunch.
