NDC is a privately owned real estate development, consulting and brokerage company founded in 2004 that specializes in both market-rate and affordable housing development. We target large urban-infill, mixed-income and transit-oriented development projects in line with our double bottom line commitment to risk adjusted returns and social/environmental sustainability. 

In addition to our own $50M portfolio of real estate, NDC’s principals have been involved with the acquisition, entitlement and construction of over 3,500 multifamily units valued over $650M throughout California. NDC’s development arm is an expert in Joint Venture partnership with property owners and investors to entitle and develop large scale multifamily projects in the Bay Area.
