We are an international award-winning brewery providing beer and kombucha with fun aromas and unique flavors. 

Founded in 2014, Novo Brazil Brewing debuted in the neighborhood of Chula Vista, San Diego, and has been expanding operations ever since, including brewpubs and restaurants in Otay Ranch, Mission Valley, Imperial Beach and a NOVA Kombucha taproom in Ocean Beach. Novo continues to expand with the future launch of new locations outside of California and at the new terminal at the San Diego airport.

• 2016 World Beer Cup: Bronze medal winner for Novo’s Russian Imperial Stout, Corvo Negro.

• 2016 World Beer Awards: The Otay IPA earned honors as the Best IPA of the U.S. and the brewery’s Chula Pils Pilsner winning as a lager. Novo Brazil's Quadruple Barrel-Aged beer also won silver for the United States.
