Novopyxis is an award-winning biotechnology company dedicated to the development of therapeutics and medical devices. Novopyxis’ flagship drug was developed using in-house proprietary mathematical algorithms and has been validated across several different in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo models. It activates a key anti-inflammatory receptor called the AT2R and is both cardioprotective and neuroprotective. Our therapeutic was recently awarded an orphan designation for "Pediatric Cardiomyopathy" from the FDA. 

Droplette was recently spun out from Novopyxis (www.droplette.io) and is focused on development of a patented medical device for delivery of large molecules, DNA/RNA, and proteins deep through skin, tissue, and cells. We are currently partnered with Leo Pharma for development of our device for medical dermatology applications and have won several awards:
