Microsoft ecosystem Novus LLC is a long-standing Microsoft partner with Gold Communications competency, indicating strong alignment with Microsoft-based communications solutions like Lync/Skype for Business. This presents an opportunity to upsell Microsoft 365, Teams, and UCaaS integration services to existing VAR partners and customers leveraging Microsoft collaboration tools.

Go UC Voice Recent launch of Go UC Voice and an exclusive trial program for Skype for Business Voice positions Novus as a facilitator of enterprise voice deployments. This creates potential sales leads for Go UC Voice programs, Microsoft Lync Enterprise Voice migrations, and related SBCs, seats, and professional services.

Channel partnerships Strategic partnerships with Sennheiser and an Endpoint Affiliate Program indicate a focus on expanding endpoint offerings for Microsoft Lync/UC deployments. Business development can target VARs seeking reputable headsets and endpoints, enabling bundled solutions with unified communications and collaboration platforms.

Legacy and IP mix Novus distributes both legacy and IP voice/data tech across North America and collaborates with multiple manufacturers. There is an opportunity to cross-sell migration-friendly kits, hybrid voice solutions, and scalable UC platforms to mid-market customers transitioning from traditional telephony to modern IP-based solutions.

Growth-ready profile With a lean team (11-50 employees) and revenue in the lower multi-millions, Novus is positioned to scale via channel programs and exclusive promotions (Lync in a Box, Konftel trials). Target SDR outreach toward VAR networks and MSPs needing a nimble distributor to accelerate UC and VoIP deployments.
