The annual maximum limit starts at USD 3m and increases up to USD 4.5m per year, and the four levels of cover range from essential medical treatment through to a more comprehensive package. 

Our recently launched mid-tier product, SimpleCare, caters for the more cost conscious consumer. This new product offers three levels of cover as well as regional coverage options for those customers that do not need worldwide coverage. We also offer a tailored product for the China market - ChinaCare - a premier regional health insurance plan tailored to High-Net-Worth Mainland Chinese nationals. 

Our state of the art digital tools are designed to make it simpler for members to manage their international health insurance online, from joining to claiming. We offer members a secure online portfolio, smartphone App and mobile pass membership card for a seamless online experience. 

In July 2015, Now Health's investor the Primary Group, acquired Best Doctors Insurance, a major medical insurance provider with distribution throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada. The transaction creates a global top tier specialist IPMI proposition with complementary products, distribution and geographies as well as shared quality service principles. The pro-forma operation will span four continents, with 11 sales/service offices, 125,000+ members, 370+ staff and 5,000+ distribution partners.
