Most of our customers know us as just, “NPL“ and our name has become synonymous with ” The Custom Wheel Chair Experts.”  Each or our mobility solutions are custom designed by our RESNA certified Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP’s) to specifically accommodate each patient’s unique needs.  We also understand how important a patient’s mobility is so we have built our business around not only providing the optimum custom wheelchair, but a level of service surrounding our wheelchairs second to none.

We also provide a full service maintenance and repair center, that we augment with our team of mobile technicians.  Depending on the maintenance or repair need, we can often provide same or next day service.  Our insurance billing team is equipped to support Traditional Medicare, Medicare HMO’s, Medicaid, MyCare Ohio and most other third party insurance providers. You also have the option of privately purchasing most items but if you would like to go through your insurance, specific coverage criteria will need to be followed.
